Refunds
No refunds are offered on services performed. Any items purchased that are specific for your RV are not able to be returned. In the event the parts fail, your part may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a warranty claim on a part installed by All Things RV & Solar, you will be responsible for providing proof of purchase to the manufacturer and fulfilling their terms to obtain a replacement. If All Things RV & Solar is responsible for replacing the part, you will be responsible for any additional labor charges incurred.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
