Lithium batteries: more confidence in your RV power

A battery upgrade works best when the charging, wiring and monitoring work together.

01 / 06 · What it is

A battery change is a system decision.

Lithium house batteries store energy for your RV. The right choice starts with what you use, how you recharge and where the batteries will live. More capacity alone does not solve every power problem.

02 / 06 · What you’ll notice day to day

Plan around your actual camping.

Tell us whether you move daily, stay parked for days, or mostly plug in. Your goals might be fewer charging stops or clearer battery information. Actual runtime depends on the finished system and your usage.

04 / 06 · What the install involves

Check every way power comes in.

Review the converter/charger, solar settings and alternator charging. Lithium can draw high charging current; a suitable DC-DC charger or other compatible current-control approach may be needed. Monitoring helps show what enters and leaves the battery.
