Before You Buy Parts
Do not buy a random kit first.
A lot of RV owners waste money buying panels, batteries, inverters or charge controllers that do not match the final system. Talk to us before ordering parts. You will usually save money and avoid compatibility problems.

Straight answers before you start spending money.
How much solar does my RV need?
It depends on your loads, roof space, battery capacity, travel season, shade, and how long you want to camp without hookups. We size solar as part of the full system, not in isolation.
Can I run my air conditioner off batteries?
SAbsolutely, yes. This is one of the most requested services we offer! But AC is a heavy load. You need enough lithium capacity, the right inverter, realistic run-time expectations, and often a soft start. We will tell you what is realistic.
Do you install Victron systems?
Yes. Victron is one of our core system ecosystems because it offers strong inverter/charger, MPPT, shunt, display and monitoring options for serious RV power systems. We are proud to be both authorized and preferred Victron installers.
Should I upgrade to lithium batteries?
Short answer, yes. For most serious off-grid RV owners, lithium is one of the biggest upgrades you can make.
Can you fix or improve an existing solar system?
Yes. We can inspect existing installs, diagnose charging problems, replace poor components, improve monitoring, upgrade batteries, or rebuild the system properly. Bear in mind that incorrectly installed components may require additional diagnostics and troubleshooting.
